Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in our Cairo, Egypt office. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, and managing the entire sales process from lead generation to post-sales follow-up. They will deliver product training to clients, contribute to sales strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery. The role will also involve collaboration with the marketing and operations teams to meet business objectives. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.Experience in designing and delivering Training sessions to educate clients and team members on products and services.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment to achieve group objectives.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Prior experience in the recycling or industrial materials sector is an advantage.Fluency in English and Arabic is required.Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is beneficial.
