This role oversees day-to-day sales operations, including monitoring pipelines, reviewing opportunities, and guiding team members through the sales cycle. The Sales Supervisor supports team members with coaching, training, and performance feedback, while ensuring high standards of customer service and client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends and sales data, preparing reports, contributing to sales strategies, and collaborating with management to improve processes and results. The role also involves maintaining strong communication with clients, resolving escalated issues, and representing JUSQ Estate’s values of trust and integrity in all interactions.QualificationsStrong analytical skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and team performance metrics.Proven team management and leadership abilities, including coaching, performance oversight, and delegation.Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and long-term relationship building.Clear and confident communication skills, both verbal and written, for internal coordination and client interaction.Experience in training team members, delivering sales workshops, and supporting skill development.Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is highly beneficial.Ability to work on-site in New Cairo and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline is preferred.Familiarity with CRM tools and basic proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity software.
