Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Al Manşūrah for a Sales Team Lead. The Sales Team Lead will oversee and manage a team of sales professionals, coordinate sales strategies, and ensure targets are met. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, fostering strong customer relationships, conducting team meetings, and providing training and guidance to enhance performance. The role entails ensuring client satisfaction while driving sales growth and supporting the team in achieving business objectives.
