Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Advisor located in Al Manşūrah. The Sales Advisor will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing tailored property solutions, generating leads, and closing sales. Additional responsibilities include maintaining ongoing customer relationships, contributing to business strategy, and representing the company in client interactions and negotiations to maximize sales outcomes. Qualifications Demonstrated proficiency in Interpersonal Skills, fostering relationships with clients and team members.Strong Communication abilities to present information clearly and effectively.Proven experience in Customer Service, ensuring client satisfaction and responsiveness.Sales expertise with a record of achieving or exceeding targets, paired with skills in closing deals and negotiation.Experience in providing Training to team members or clients is an asset.Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience in real estate, sales, or a related field is highly advantageous.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
