We are seeking a driven and people-focused B2B Sales Team Leader to lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team serving the USA & Canada market. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day sales activities, guide complex B2B sales cycles, and support your team in building strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with solid B2B sales experience, a proven ability to lead telesales or inside sales teams (preferably offshore or remote), and a strong understanding of consultative selling.
