🚀 We're Hiring | Sales Team LeaderWe're looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, coaching high-performing teams, and driving sales results while remaining actively involved in the sales process.What You’ll Do:• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of outbound sales representatives while actively conducting your own outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote our products and services.• Consistently meet or exceed both your monthly individual sales targets and overall team sales targets.• Understand customer needs, provide appropriate course recommendations, and train the team to effectively present the value of our offerings.• Convert your own inquiries into sales while assisting the team in closing complex or high-value sales inquiries.• Manage the distribution of marketing leads, ensure the team's timely engagement, and follow up on your own assigned leads.• Oversee the team’s use of the CRM system to ensure accurate daily record-keeping, while maintaining accurate records of your own sales activities and customer interactions.• Monitor call quality, handle escalated customer issues, and ensure both you and your team consistently deliver an excellent customer experience.Requirements:• At least 3 years of experience in sales or telesales, with a minimum of 1 year in a Team Leader or supervisory role.• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding personal sales targets.• Proven ability to coach, train, and develop a team on effective sales techniques and customer engagement.• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.• Target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of balancing personal sales execution with team management under pressure.• Strong proficiency in CRM systems, including generating and analyzing sales data.
