Position: Student Success AdvisorAbout Us51Talk is a leading online English education platform offering engaging one-on-one classes to students worldwide.Position OverviewWe are looking for a proactive Student Success Advisor to support existing customers, mainly parents in KSA. This role combines customer service, learning progress follow-up, and course renewal sales. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with outbound calls, customer follow-up, and working toward renewal targets.Job ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound calls to parents to follow up on students’ learning progress and experience.Introduce course renewal options and recommend suitable packages based on students’ needs.Build strong relationships with parents and provide professional learning support.Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and objections to ensure a smooth renewal process.Meet daily outreach targets, renewal conversion goals, and monthly sales KPIs.Job RequirementsNative or fluent Arabic speaker with minimum B1 English; B2 is preferred.Experience in customer service, telesales, renewal sales, customer success, or retention is preferred.Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and sales interest are welcome.Comfortable working in a sales-driven environment with targets and KPIs.Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.What We OfferCompetitive base salary with attractive commissions.Social and medical insurance for the employee.21 working days of paid annual leave.Structured onboarding and continuous professional development.Career growth in customer success and sales.
