Sales Team Leader – Light Current & Security Systems

We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to manage and drive our Light Current & Security Systems sales team. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in sales within Fire Alarm, Access Control, CCTV, or related Light Current systems.Key Responsibilities:Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and grow business.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key accounts.Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and reports.Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful project execution.Monitor market trends and competitor activities.Conduct site visits and client presentations when needed. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of Light Current or Security Systems.Proven leadership experience managing a sales team.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with CRM and project management tools.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field is preferred.Additional Benefits:Base salary plus commission on sales and project completion.Performance bonuses and allowances for transportation and communication may apply.
