Comfort Egypt is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Leader to lead, manage, and develop our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, coaching team members, and driving business growth across key channels.Key Responsibilities:Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve targetsSet clear sales goals and KPIs for team membersMonitor daily sales activities (calls, visits, conversions)Provide coaching, training, and performance feedbackDevelop and execute sales strategies to expand market shareBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clientsPrepare sales reports and performance analysisCoordinate with other departments (marketing, operations, supply chain)Identify new business opportunities and market trends Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field3–5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership roleStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsExperience in FMCG / Retail / Footwear is a plusStrong analytical and reporting skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel & CRM systems
