Your RoleManage full-cycle recruitment: Sourcing, screening, interviewing for sales, marketing, e-commerce, and production roles.Handle onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies compliance.Administer payroll, social/medical insurance, attendance tracking, and labor law adherence.Develop talent retention programs, training plans, and employee engagement initiatives.Support organizational development: Job descriptions, org charts, and culture-building activities. Key SkillsStrong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws, social insurance, and medical schemes.Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Odoo HR) and MS Excel for reporting.Excellent Arabic/English communication; conflict resolution.Data-driven mindset for recruitment metrics and turnover analysis.Requirements2-5 years HR experience in manufacturing/FMCG/apparel (Egyptian market preferred).Bachelor's in HR, Business, or related field; CIPD/equivalent certification a plus.Portfolio of successful hires or HR projects required.
