Industry Experience: Minimum of 6-10+ years in B2B sales within the wood, timber, furniture, or construction materials industry (e.g., MDF, Plywood, HPL-Furniture outfit). Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of wood species, derived products, and custom joinery/interior solutions. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage, motivate, and direct a sales force to consistently hit targets. Communication & Negotiation: Superior presentation and negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers, contractors, and corporate clients. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
