Role Purpose To create design concepts, shop drawings, and detailed drawings for joinery and fitout projects, translating client requirements and architectural intent into manufacturable and installable designs. Key Accountabilities Incorporate feedback and revisions into designs promptly. Coordination Coordinate with production and site teams to ensure design feasibility and resolve installation issues. Support the tendering team with design input for proposals and bids. Sales & Client Management Meet showroom sales targets through effective customer engagement and solution selling. Conduct client consultations to understand needs and provide tailored kitchen and wardrobe solutions. Prepare and present design proposals, quotations, and project presentations. Follow up with prospective clients and manage the sales process until project closure Innovation & Value Creation Introduce modern tools, technologies and processes that improve efficiency and transparency. Encourage innovative thinking to enhance outcomes and reduce costs without compromising quality. Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Architecture, or a related field Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interior design for joinery or fitout projects (specially Kitchen, Wardrobe) Ability to work on a shift basis Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or equivalent design software Strong knowledge of joinery materials, finishes, and hardware Good aesthetic sense and attention to detail Excellent communication and presentation skills Portfolio of completed joinery/fitout design projects .
