Handle incoming customer inquiries and follow up to close sales.Prepare and negotiate quotations tailored to customer needs.Advise customers on available surplus stock, scrap materials, and steel products.Manage the full sales cycle from quotation to delivery and after-sales support.Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records in the CRM system.Monitor daily market trends and pricing for surplus and scrap materials and report updates to management.Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.Handle customer complaints and resolve issues quickly to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.Approach leads through adds, emailing, and networking.Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals effectively.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications in the CRM system.Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, competitor activity, and industry trends.Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to enhance customer experience. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in sales or a similar role is preferred.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to meet and exceed targets.Strong organizational and time management skills.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
