Team members benefit from working in a specialized, growth-oriented environment with direct impact on customers’ operational performance.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in 10th of Ramadan. The Salesperson will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting industrial clients, conducting product presentations and demonstrations. The role includes maintaining regular contact with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting clients with technical and commercial information about temperature control devices. The Salesperson will collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate order processing, timely delivery, and after-sales follow-up. Day-to-day activities also include preparing sales reports, participating in trade events or customer visits, and contributing to sales targets and market expansion plans.QualificationsStrong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in industrial or technical product sales.Effective communication and customer relationship management skills, including clear presentation and active listening.Demonstrated ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple customer accounts.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.Previous experience in B2B sales.Willingness to travel throughout the Middle East and Africa for exhibitions and client meetings, demonstrating a commitment to ethical conduct, inclusivity, and effective teamwork.
