The Salesperson will engage with customers in-store, understand their fitness and wellness needs, and recommend suitable supplements and products. Daily responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, explaining product benefits, processing sales transactions, and maintaining accurate records in the point-of-sale system. The role also involves building long-term customer relationships, following up on inquiries, and supporting promotional activities and marketing campaigns. The Salesperson will collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets, maintain merchandising standards, and provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.QualificationsStrong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with a diverse client base.Sales and negotiation abilities, including experience working with targets, handling objections, and closing deals.Basic knowledge of sports nutrition, fitness, or wellness, with the ability to learn product details and explain benefits clearly.Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing inventory, tracking sales, and maintaining accurate records.Comfort with using point-of-sale systems, basic computer applications, and digital tools for sales and reporting.Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, including evenings or weekends as needed, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.Previous experience in retail, supplements, or health and wellness sales is an advantage.Relevant education or training in business, marketing, sports science, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
