SAP Employee Central (EC) Senior Analyst

Accenture is seeking an experiencedSAP Employee Central (EC) Leadto drive the design, configuration, and delivery of Employee Central processes as part of a major SAP transformation program. This role will focus on core HR processes, employee master data management, organizational management, and integrations with Payroll, Time Management, and Finance, ensuring accurate HR operations and data integrity across the enterprise.The SAP EC Lead will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and third-party partners to deliver high-quality, end-to-end Employee Central solutions that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Employee Central solutions, including core HR processes, employee master data management, and organizational management.Ensure seamless integration of Employee Central with Payroll, Time Management, Finance, and other SAP modules.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.Manage end-to-end delivery of Employee Central solutions, including testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.Ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational policies and regulations in all Employee Central processes.Provide expertise in SAP Employee Central functionality and best practices to optimize system performance and user experience.Partner with third-party vendors and functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of solutions.Monitor and resolve issues related to Employee Central processes, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Employee Central processes and system capabilities.
