Leverage your abilitiesand join the dynamic team of a leading company specializing in Oil and Gas industry in Egypt, CairoResponsibilities:Lead FICO teams and manage resource planning and performance.Execute and oversee SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and support.Design and configure FICO solutions aligned with business needs.Provide expert support and ensure smooth system operation.Optimize business processes using SAP best practices.Serve as main contact for FICO matters; lead communication and training.Ensure compliance and maintain proper documentation.Stay current with SAP innovations and help shape the organization’s FICO roadmap.Requirements:• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, IT, or related fields• SAP FICO expertise in FI: GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking, Special Ledger• SAP FICO expertise in CO: CCA, PCA, CO-PA, Product Costing, Internal Orders• Strong integration knowledge with SD, MM, and PP• 7–15 years of SAP FICO experience, including full-cycle implementations• Leadership experience in team and project environments• Experience with S/4HANA Finance is a major advantage• Experience with RICEFW objects, SAP configuration, and data migration• Familiarity with SAP Fiori• Knowledge of financial compliance (IFRS, GAAP) and basic ABAP debugging• Strong team leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities• SAP FICO and S/4HANA certifications are highly preferred
