Visit us at www.accenture.comPosition Summary:The SAP Store Operations Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP solutions that enable efficient retail store operations. The role focuses on store inventory management, replenishment processes, and digital store enablement using SAP Fiori applications within SAP S/4HANA Retail environments.Key Responsibilities1. Business Process AnalysisCollaborate with retail stakeholders (store operations, supply chain, merchandising) to gather and analyze requirementsMap business processes to SAP S/4HANA Retail capabilitiesIdentify process gaps and recommend optimized SAP solutions2. SAP Solution Design & ConfigurationConfigure SAP Retail / S/4HANA modules related to store operationsSet up and manage:Store inventory managementStock movements and adjustmentsStore replenishment processesPricing and promotion execution (from a store operations perspective)Ensure solutions align with business and operational standards3. SAP Fiori & Store ApplicationsConfigure and support SAP Fiori apps for store operations, including:Inventory lookup and stock overviewStock transfers and goods movement appsStore replenishment and task management appsEnsure usability and adoption of Fiori apps at store levelWork with UX/UI teams to enhance user experience where needed4. Implementation & DeploymentParticipate in full project lifecycle:Fit-gap workshopsSystem configurationTesting (unit, integration, UAT)Go-live and hypercare supportSupport rollout of SAP solutions across multiple store locations5. Testing & SupportDevelop and execute functional test scenariosTroubleshoot issues related to:Inventory discrepanciesReplenishment failuresStore operational workflowsProvide post-go-live support and continuous improvement6.
