Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and optimize HR & Payroll processesDesign, configure, and maintain payroll components including: (Wage types, benefits, deductions, accruals, off-cycle processes, and integrations)Manage payroll schema, rules, and posting to finance (FI integration)Configure taxation rules, infotypes, and system validationsPrepare functional specifications and support technical teams during developmentHandle data migration and legacy system integration (LTM/Cutover activities)Ensure smooth deployment and post-go-live supportTroubleshoot and resolve SAP EC & ECP issues within SLAWork closely with project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is required.8–10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors EC & ECP, including implementation and support projects.SAP SuccessFactors certification (EC / ECP) is highly preferred Extensive hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors EC & ECP implementation and configurationStrong expertise in Payroll schema, PCRs, wage types, and payroll processing cyclesSolid understanding of SAP data structures, tables, and system integrationsExperience with SAP S/4HANA and third-party system integrationsIn-depth knowledge of Personnel Administration (PA) & Organization Management (OM)Good understanding of payroll localization (UAE Labour Law is a plus)Ability to perform basic ABAP debugging and support technical issue analysisExperience in data migration, cutover activities, and system deploymentStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsExcellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teamsAbility to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines
