SAP SuccessFactors-Time Off Senior Analyst

As an SAP SuccessFactors Time Off Senior Analyst, you will lead the planning, design, and implementation of the Time Off module to optimize business processes and improve end-to-end performance. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will ensure alignment with business requirements through process analysis, design/redesign, and organizational structure definition. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor team members, and contribute to strategic decisions while delivering innovative solutions that meet organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Planning and Implementation:Lead the implementation of the SAP SuccessFactors Time Off module to enhance business function performance.Ensure alignment with business requirements by conducting process analysis, redesigning workflows, and defining organizational structures.Develop and maintain detailed project plans to track progress, milestones, and deliverables.2. Stakeholder Engagement:Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, align stakeholders, and drive consensus.Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment across functions.3.
