The SAP Technical Basis Manager (CL7) is responsible for the technical stability, performance, and security of SAP landscapes supporting Accenture client engagements. The role requires strong hands-on SAP Basis expertise and acts as a senior technical point of contact within delivery teams.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform hands-on SAP Basis administration across SAP landscapes (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Solution Manager).Lead SAP system installs, upgrades, patching, transports, refreshes, and performance tuning.Act as senior escalation point for complex SAP technical and production issues.Monitor system health, capacity, and availability; perform proactive performance optimization.Manage SAP user administration, roles, authorizations, and system security in line with Accenture and client standards.Support backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability configurations and testing.Contribute to SAP transformation initiatives, including S/4HANA and cloud or hybrid deployments.Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and client teams to ensure end-to-end solution stability.Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to junior SAP Basis resources.Maintain system documentation and operational procedures.
