Location / Work Model:Remote from EgyptEngagement Type:Full-timeCompensation:14,000 – 17,000 EGP net/monthAbout GrowAxis:GrowAxis is a Commercial Growth Partner operating across EMEA.We install commercial growth engines for clients using Framework + Talent + AI.Role Purpose:GrowAxis is hiring a Saudi Customer Support Specialist to support one of our clients in Saudi Arabia.This role is for someone who speaks Saudi Arabic naturally, understands Saudi customer expectations, and can handle customer communication with maturity, clarity, and professionalism.The role includes customer support across calls, chat, email, and WhatsApp, supported by CRM systems and AI-enabled tools.Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries across calls, chat, email, and WhatsApp.Communicate with Saudi customers in a clear, professional, and culturally aware tone.Manage customer records and updates through CRM systems.Follow up on open cases and escalate when needed.Use AI-supported tools to improve response quality and speed.Maintain a structured daily operating rhythm and clear reporting.Represent the client professionally in every customer interaction.Requirements:Native-level Saudi Arabic dialect.Previous residence or work experience in Saudi Arabia.2+ years of experience in customer service, call center, or customer support.Strong communication and customer handling skills.Comfortable handling mixed support channels, including calls.Reliable remote setup from Egypt.Good discipline, ownership, and attention to detail.Nice to Have:Experience supporting Gulf or Saudi customers.Experience using CRM systems.Experience using ChatGPT or AI tools in customer communication.English communication skills.What Success Looks Like:Customers receive clear, respectful, and fast support.Cases are followed up properly and escalated when needed.Communication reflects Saudi customer expectations.CRM records stay accurate and updated.The client can rely on you with minimal supervision.Application Instructions:To apply, please send your CV to:contact@growaxis.net
