Scan to BIM Specialist

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop accurate 3D BIM models in Revit based on Point Cloud data.Perform Scan to BIM processes and deliver models at LOD500.Produce 2D as built and quantity take-offs.Support coordination, clash detection, and final BIM submissions.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in engineering (Architecture / Civil / Mechanical / Electrical).Minimum 3 years of BIM / Scan to BIM experience.Excellent Revit skills (mandatory).Proven experience in Scan to BIM & Point Cloud tools (ReCap, Navisworks, etc.).Proficiency in Revit and ACC.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
