Scrum Manage

Role Overview:We’re looking for a proactive Scrum Manager to drive delivery across multiple Scrum teams. You’ll ensure Agile best practices are followed, progress is transparent, and stakeholders stay aligned with execution and timelines.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and drive progress across Scrum teams. Facilitate Agile ceremonies (standups, planning, reviews, retrospectives). Track sprint delivery, velocity, and key metrics. Build and maintain dashboards to provide real-time visibility into team performance and progress. Identify and resolve risks, blockers, and dependencies. Provide clear status reporting and updates to stakeholders. Ensure backlog readiness with Product Owners. Improve team performance and Agile processes. Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment and delivery. Qualifications:5+ years in Scrum Master or similar role. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe is a plus).Experience managing multiple teams or complex programs. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools. Ability to work in fast-paced environments. Healthcare industry experience is a plus. Scrum certification (CSM/PSM) is a must.
