As the world’s first and largest Money Circles app, we’ve digitized the traditional ROSCA model to make it smarter, safer, and more accessible. 💸Since 2018, we’ve empowered over 7 million users to take control of their financial futures with confidence. 🚀Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in organizing and supporting Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Support the team in tracking tasks, following up on progress, and ensuring alignment on sprint activities.Help identify team blockers and escalate them to the Scrum Master or relevant stakeholders.Support the adoption of Agile and Scrum practices within the team through learning and active participation.Assist in updating dashboards or tracking tools to monitor sprint progress and team performance.Work with team members and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of tasks and priorities.Key QualificationsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum principles is an advantage. Familiarity with collaboration or tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills. Willingness to learn Agile practices and team facilitation techniques. Good problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
