You are the person others turn to when things go wrong calm, decisive, and structured even in the most chaotic situations. You have a deep understanding of how security incidents unfold, how attackers operate, and how to orchestrate the right people, tools, and processes to contain and resolve threats as fast as possible. You are equally comfortable in a technical deep-dive with SOC analysts as you are briefing senior stakeholders on incident status and business impact. You lead by example, take ownership without hesitation, and leave every incident better documented and better understood than when it started.About youAs a Security Incident Manager at Orange Cyber Defense, you will serve as the central coordinator and decision-maker during security incidents across our managed client environments. You will be responsible for driving incidents from detection through containment, eradication, and recovery — ensuring that every stakeholder is informed, every action is tracked, and every decision is made with speed and precision. Beyond active incident response, you will play a key role in maturing OCD's incident management practice, refining playbooks, improving tooling integration, and mentoring the next generation of incident responders.Key responsibilities include:Leading and coordinating the full lifecycle of security incidents, from initial triage through post-incident reviewActing as the primary point of contact for clients during active incidents, providing clear, timely, and accurate communicationDriving cross-functional collaboration between SOC analysts, threat intelligence, forensics, and client technical teamsOwning post-incident reports and ensuring lessons learned are translated into actionable improvementsMaintaining and continuously improving incident response playbooks, escalation paths, and SLA frameworksRepresenting OCD in high-stakes client calls and executive-level incident briefingsContributing to the development of incident management tooling, including ITSM workflows and SIEM integrationsYou bring passion, energy, taste for exploration and adaptability.
