We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior 3D Designer to join our team, bringing strong expertise in designing immersive event environments and experiences.Key Requirements:- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in 3D design- Proven experience in events, exhibitions, stage design, or experiential activations is highly preferred- Expert proficiency in 3D design tools such as 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, SketchUp, and Blender- Strong knowledge of rendering and visualization tools including V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion, and Unreal Engine- Demonstrated experience in designing exhibition stands, event environments, stage setups, immersive experiences, and branded spaces- Ability to produce high-quality, photorealistic 3D renders and detailed technical layouts- Strong understanding of event production processes, fabrication methods, and material applications- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines- Excellent communication and collaboration skills- High level of creativity with strong attention to detailKey Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver high-quality 3D concepts and event visualizations- Design exhibition booths, stages, event environments, and immersive brand experiences- Prepare realistic renders and detailed technical drawings for production and fabrication teams- Collaborate closely with creative, production, and project management teams to ensure seamless execution- Ensure all designs align with client requirements, brand guidelines, and project objectives
