What You'll Do: Review and process supplier invoices, ensuring proper approvals and supporting documentation.Review contracts and validate payment terms before processing payments.Prepare and process vendor and consultant payments in a timely manner.Perform bank reconciliations and resolve outstanding items.Maintain vendor master data and supplier records.Assist with VAT, withholding tax, and other tax compliance requirements.Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and account reconciliations.Assist with internal and external audits by preparing required schedules and documentation.Ensure accounting records are accurate and maintained in accordance with company policies.Work with ERP systems for AP processing and reporting (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred).What You'll bring: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.5–7 years of Accounts Payable experience.Experience in a service company (preferably CRO, healthcare services, consulting, or contracting industry).Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Fluent in English About CTIAdvance Your Career - We invest in your professional growth.
