About The JobThe Developer works with system owners to understand the business requirements of a system and can use various technologies to develop the supporting infrastructure and user interfaces. This can involve working with data from a variety of sources and developing the most efficient methods to manage data flow. The Developer communicates with both internal and external clients during all phases of system development, working within agreed upon budget and timelines. The Developer is proficient with industry best practices for processes and development technologies.What You'll DoWork with system owners to develop requirements and transform into a usable system within the systems development life cycle (SDLC) frameworkPrepare workbooks, dashboards, charts, and graphs using Tableau and Microsoft SSRSDevelopment work in systems such as Medidata suite, SharePoint, and IntacctWork with and support other developers to create and implement best practices for processes and systems; provide leadership to other developersCommunicate results within the organization and to clientsFollow applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain appropriate project documentationPerform, track, and manage related project work as assignedIdentify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to addressAdhere to requirements of 21 CFR Part 11 where applicableRequired Education And ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field (e.g. Information Systems or Data Analytics), or equivalent experience2 years industry experience in related fieldExperience with Tableau, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft SSRS, SQL, and Visual StudioCOMPETENCIESKnowledge of ETL processes and related softwareKnowledge of databases, warehouses, business intelligence systems, and data analysis toolsProven analytic skills and ability to quickly and accurately analyze dataDemonstrated problem solving and judgment capabilitiesDemonstrated ability to operate in team environmentAbout CTICTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services is a global, privately held, full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO) focused on the advancement of treatments for chronically and critically ill patient populations.
