Key Activities Conceptualizing and developing design proposals for new construction projects, as well as renovations and additions to existing structures. Collaborating with other architects, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure that designs are feasible, safe, and meet all necessary codes and regulations. Creating detailed plans and specifications, including drawings, schematics, and blueprints, that outline the design and construction process. FOLLOW UP the construction process to ensure that the design is being executed correctly and that the project is staying on track in terms of time and budget. Communicating with Landlords, Malls, and other stakeholders to keep them informed about the project's progress and to address any concerns or questions they may have In addition to these core responsibilities, a Senior Architectural Designer may also be responsible for managing a team of drafters, reviewing and approving designs submitted by other team members, and staying up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the field of architecture. Supervise, guide, and assist direct reports to perform their daily activities in accordance with the policies and procedures. Actively participate in on-the-job training, mentoring, and coaching of direct reports Generate commitment, motivation and enthusiasm for team goals, and guide team members through periods of change or uncertainty. Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign, and delegate responsibility, and monitor the workflow. Provide opportunities for team members to suggest, participate in and contribute to improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing initiatives. Ensure the team complies with OFD's values, policies, processes, and systems. Facilitate learning of the staff as per identified development requirements Implement approved Designed section's policies, processes, procedures and provide instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner. Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices considering leading practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement. Support in monitoring day-to-day activities to ensure compliance with stipulated policies and procedures  5+ Years of experiencepreferably FMCGs back ground  Construction offices, manufacturing plants, construction sites, or research facilitiesRestaurants / Hospitality / FMCG / F&B/RetailA minimum of 5-8 years of related business experience Strong organizational skillsExcellent Computer skillsStrong interpersonal skills (managerial, communication, persuasion, motivation, and loyalty) Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent is required
