Creating detailed plans and specifications, including drawings, schematics, and blueprints, that outline the design and construction process. FOLLOW UP the construction process to ensure that the design is being executed correctly and that the project is staying on track in terms of time and budget. Communicating with Landlords, Malls, and other stakeholders to keep them informed about the project's progress and to address any concerns or questions they may have In addition to these core responsibilities, a Senior Architectural Designer may also be responsible for managing a team of drafters, reviewing and approving designs submitted by other team members, and staying up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the field of architecture. Supervise, guide, and assist direct reports to perform their daily activities in accordance with the policies and procedures.
