Monitor architectural processes, and provide technical training to the crew.Oversee all activities pertaining to civil/architectural/finishing preparation, placement, and installation, finishing, and curing.Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.Perform equipment, material, and routine site inspections.Supervise all civil/architectural/finishing works and ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved specifications.Work closely with subcontractors on project progress and ensure timely work arrangements.Carry out quality inspection on site and ensure quality of work to be completed on scheduled time.Close coordination of work with both internal and external parties.Resolve all problems that may affect project quality and completion.Consult blueprints, drawings, and plans to ensure that concrete structures are accurately placed and installed. Education:Engineering Architecture.Related Field Experience: 6+ years relevant experience
