Role Purpose:involve and overseeing the design and development of construction projects, from concept to completion.Job Accountabilities & Activities:Develop architectural concepts and design solutions for new projects, renovations, and expansions.Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance, safety, and feasibility.Prepare architectural drawings, plans, and technical specifications.Monitor construction progress to ensure design quality, budget control, and timely delivery.Liaise with landlords, malls, and stakeholders, providing project updates and resolving concerns.Implement approved Designed section’s policies, processes, procedures and provide instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.Education & Certifications:A bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent is required.Requirements:A minimum of 5-8 years of related business experience.Strong organizational skills.Excellent Computer skills.Strong interpersonal skills (managerial, communication, persuasion, motivation, and loyalty).
