Senior Backend Engineer (.Net)

You will be part of a visionary, customer-focused team with an ambitious mission--to become a trailblazer for digital retail within the Middle East.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain backend systems using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, etc.)Collaborate with product managers, designers, and frontend engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutionsWrite clean, well-documented, and maintainable codeParticipate in code reviews and learn from senior engineersTroubleshoot and debug complex backend issuesDevelop and maintain unit tests for backend systemsStay up-to-date on the latest .NET technologies and best practicesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of experience as a backend engineer with a focus on .NET developmentStrong understanding of .NET frameworks (C#, ASP.NET, etc.)Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL) a plusAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and collaboration skillsA desire to learn and grow as a developerBenefitsOffice environment: When you come to our b_labs office, you'll find creative workspaces, a well-equipped kitchen, and an open design to foster collaboration between teams.Education budget: We believe the learning journey never ends, therefore you will be entitled to an annual education budget to take part in trainings, courses or onsite conferences of your choice.Flexibility: You know best whether you want to work from home or in the office.
