This full-time, on-site role is based in Cairo, Egypt, and involves managing the entire business development cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to deal negotiation and contract closure. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, preparing proposals and presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure solutions match client needs. The Senior Business Developer will regularly meet with prospects and customers, provide timely follow-up, and track performance against targets using CRM tools. The role also includes contributing to go-to-market strategies, representing the company at events or meetings, and providing feedback to improve offerings and processes.Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to assess opportunities, segment markets, and support data-driven decisions.Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term client relationships.Proven experience in Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and nurturing them through the sales funnel.Demonstrated success in business development, sales, or account management roles, preferably in B2B environments.Ability to negotiate and close deals, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets.Comfort working on-site in Cairo, Egypt, and engaging regularly with clients and internal stakeholders in person.Proficiency with CRM systems and productivity tools (e.g., Excel, presentation software, online meeting platforms).Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple opportunities and deadlines.Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to the region are a plus.
