Job Title: Senior Business Development AnalystDepartment: CommercialFunction: Business DevelopmentReports to: Business Development Section HeadLocation: New CairoScope: Industrial Development · Real Estate Development · Infrastructure ProjectsKey ResponsibilitiesConduct market research to identify new client prospects, opportunities, and industry trends.Generate, evaluate, and qualify leads aligned with the company’s offerings.Support outreach efforts by coordinating meetings, presentations, and site tours with potential clients.Prepare proposals, presentations, pitch materials, and client briefing documents.Maintain and update investor and stakeholder databases, ensuring thorough follow-up and engagement.Assist in managing client inquiries while maintaining strong and professional communication.Monitor business development KPIs and prepare periodic performance reports and insights.Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Project teams to support targeted campaigns and ensure alignment with client needs.Provide insights and recommendations based on research, client feedback, and market interactions to support strategic planning.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Economics or Political Science.Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, market research, investor relations, or related fields.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Power BI.Fluency in English and Arabic; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities effectively.
