(an Affiliate of Midis Group) is Cloud Software Group’s Strategic Partner and sole representative for the majority of Africa, Eastern Europe and Middle East.Job ScopeThe Senior Sales Manager is accountable for the promotion of the company and its respective solutions through a well-defined strategy and develop sytategic partnerships with existing and new potential customers. S/He works towards optimizing sales volumes, acquiring new partnerships and coordinating marketing programs and activities in line with the Channel, Sales and Technical Teams.Primary Duties/Responsibilities:Define the product strategy and roadmap of the assigned product’s lineEstablish sales budgets and targets and cascade to the team accordinglyManage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activitiesSpecify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to existing and potential customersResearch, analyze and attract potential partnerships for the assigned productLead the vendors’ relations in alignment with the company’s management and strategyProvide and manage complex quotationsEnsure a proper storage, tracking and control of inventory through an accurate stock management systemGenerate sales for the entire product line in terms of long-term revenue and profitabilityAssist in building and maintaining a solid channel/customer database, analyze data and develop metrics to evaluate loyalty and new opportunitiesSecure the highest level of engagement and support to channel partners and respond to issues and/or queries in order to efficiently meet customers’ needsDevelop and deliver accurate sales forecasts and market development reports in line with business objectivesPromote the product(s) and the company within the RegionOversee the implementation of targeted programs and marketing activities involving the Channel TeamPut available systems into practice (salesforce.com CRM for leads, opportunity and deal registration management) for output efficiency and standardizationAddress common projects and develop sales pipelinesWork with the Sales and Technical teams to insure an adequate and professional service for all customers’ related projectsCoordinate with the Sales manager(s) at all times promoting alignment and communicationCandidate Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or any other related fieldAt least 5+ years of experience in selling enterprise software solutions for virtualization and network security producte like VMWare, Hyper-V, Citrix, Microsoft.Experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and other teamsExperience producing new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining partner relationshipsExperience consistently overachieving on sales targetsExperience quarterbacking account teams within a matrix sales team environment, promoting a "win as a team" approachAbility to develop relationships throughout the organization outside of existing footprint of technologyAbility to identify key levers and compelling events within a customer base and structuring and executing a sales planDisclaimer: This job is posted by a MiCloudSW Ltd. a Midis Group subsidiary who is the sole representative of Cloud Software Group (CSG) in this region
