The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.ResponsibilitiesDevelop business growth strategies and ensure targets are met.Maintain comprehensive market knowledge to identify and build a pipeline of potential clients.Strengthen existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.Contact potential clients, establish rapport, and schedule meetings.Plan and oversee marketing initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team.Provide management with regular progress reports and feedback.Build partnerships and strategic alliances to expand the company's network.Qualifications 5–8 years of experience in Design-Build / Fit-Out companies.Must be a qualified Engineer (Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required).Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong network of industry connections is a plus.Proven track record of securing and developing new business opportunities.Fluent in written and spoken English.Highly presentable, motivated, and able to think creatively and outside the box.
