This is a hybrid role operating entirely on Canadian Standard Time (e.g., EST) to ensure seamless overlap with our Canadian headquarters and clients.📍 Location: Cairo, Egypt (Hybrid - Office + Remote) ⏰ Working Hours: Canada Business Hours (Evening/Night Shift in Cairo) Experience Level: Senior (3-5+ Years Experience in Canadian Immigration)ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Case Management: Take full ownership of complex applications including Express Entry (FSW, CEC, FST), PNPs, LMIAs, Work Permits (ICT, GTS), Study Permits, and Family Class Sponsorships.Strategic Client Advisory: Act as a premium point of contact, delivering clear, legal, and empathetic procedural advice to individual and corporate clients during Canadian business hours.Quality Assurance: Meticulously review and compile high-quality, error-free application packages in strict compliance with the IRPA and IRPR.Cross-Border Collaboration: Seamlessly align with our North American teams to drive applications forward.QualificationsDomain Experience: 3–5+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience handling full-cycle Canadian immigration application files within a consultancy or law firm.Timezone Commitment: Absolute willingness and ability to regularly work evening/night shifts from Cairo to match Canadian time zones.Communication Mastery: Flawless written and verbal English skills suited to legal submissions and client advisory.
