Location : 5th settlement, CairoResponsibilities:• Review Tender documents (Technical Specifications, BOQ, Drawings and related documents and locatepotential vendors and suppliers).• Distribute Tender documents to relevant internal departments (Electrical & Mechanical).• Review the quantity survey from drawings.• Prepare Clarifications & queries.• Attend the Clarification Meetings with the owner of the project.• Review of specifications and prepare list of suppliers and subcontractors' packages for different projectDisciplines.• Divide the project into packages and send RFQ for vendors / sub-contractors.• Prepare cost estimation analysis for all BOQ items (Civil & Arch).• Receive quotations from vendors, suppliers &sub-contractors &prepare comparison sheet for ratesprovided by them.• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve optimum cost-quality and to ensure that target prices as per thecompany's terms and conditions are met.• Receive and consolidate final technical and financial quantities/quotations from all internaldepartments (Electrical & Mechanical).• Attends bidding negotiations.• Prepare Technical offer with material selected datasheets.• Prepare Financial offer with Tender summery.Requirements:• Bachelor of Civil Engineering & very good English.• Strong knowledge of standards, codes, and local regulations.• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD, Revit is a plus.• Strong understanding of construction processes, terminology, and pricing models.• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to produce clear and concise reports.Technical Skills Tendering, Cost estimation, Quantity survey,Software/ Computer Skills AutoCAD, ASD, Excel, Revit is a plus Leadership Competencies Please add 2-3 competencies – in case of level manager
