Senior Collections Specialist - External Agency

​​Role and Responsibilities​ :Manage delinquent accounts by communicating with borrowers, external agencies, and legal representatives. Negotiate settlements, establish repayment plans, and apply lawful collection techniques (skip tracing, field visits, collateral disposal). Ensure accurate documentation of all collection activities and maintain related reports. Monitor and evaluate external agencies’ performance, support audits, and control payments/invoices. Provide coaching, training, and guidance to recovery officers and external partners to enhance efficiency. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements in all recovery actions. Take necessary action on severely past-due loans to safeguard organizational interests. ​​Qualifications and Education Requirements​ Bachelor’s degree. Minimum of 4 years of related experience. Strong computer literacy with solid knowledge of MS Office applications. Demonstrated skills in communication, negotiation, and time management. Ability to work effectively within a team and foster collaboration.
