Our extensive experience and commitment to excellence have established us as a trusted name in the construction sector.Role DescriptionFull study for new projects being pricedReviewing the technical aspects of proposed new project files including design drawings bills of quantities and list of approved suppliers and addressing client inquiries for each projectConducting optional site visits for projects currently being pricedFull responsibility for analyzing item prices and reviewing them with the department managerCommunicating with approved suppliers to price projects currently being pricedIssuing purchase orders and contracts with approved suppliers after approval by the department manager and technical approval by the consultantPreparing QS for ongoing projects obtaining consultant approval and issuing invoices to the clientReviewing subcontractor QS on site and issuing their invoicesProviding technical support to the procurement department and the site during installationsPreparing and reviewing as built drawingsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.5+ years Proven working experience in construction sector.proficiency in using software Auto-Cad - HAP-Duct sizer , pipe sizer , elite.Proven working experience in commercial projects
