• Prepare quantity surveying (QS) documents including measurements and take-offs, as built drawings while coordinating closely with MEP teams to ensure accuracy.• Prepare detailed cost estimates and cost breakdowns for financial claims and project variations.• Prepare and evaluate variation orders (VOs) with full supporting documentation and commercial justification.• Conduct pricing analysis and escalation studies (variation / inflation / rate analysis) for additional works and claims.• Review and verify Inspection Requests (IRs) to ensure alignment with executed works and billed quantities.• Ensure proper documentation, filing, and organization of all measurement records (QS documents) for audit and approval purposes.• Coordinate with consultant and client to obtain formal approvals and signatures on measurements and payment certificates and Inspection requests.• Track project quantities against BOQ and identify discrepancies, variations, or potential claims.• Assist in coordination and preparation of shop drawings & Prepare and submit owner invoices Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management or a related field.8-9 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost consulting, in the construction industry.Sound knowledge of construction industry practices, regulations and standards.Proficiency in cost estimation and cost management techniques.Experience working with AutoCAD and validating quantities from the given drawings.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and priorities tasks effectively.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with extraordinary negotiation abilities.Proficiency in relevant software and tools for quantity surveying.
