We have an urgent requirement for Senior Consultant / Manager – Banking + Technology strategy & execution + PMO is required for the financial consulting company in Cairo, EgyptStrong experience Banking Domain + Large-Scale Transformation is THE MUSTStrong experience on Technology Transformation & Digital / IT Strategy is THE MUSTStrong experience on PMO / Program Governance for Complex Programs is THE MUSTExperience on Banking + Technology + PMO in the same role, not separate stints is MUSTThe role is part of the Delivery Team, working on high-impact client engagements spanning Strategy Formulation, Business Transformation, Balanced Scorecard Development, and Process, Organizational, and Technology Transformation initiatives. The position offers significant exposure to strategy and technology transformation programs, including Digital & IT Strategy formulation, supplier selection, and implementation programs, primarily within the Banking and Financial Services industry.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute end-to-end consulting projects across strategy, technology transformation, and PMO-led programsConduct structured research and analytics using internal and external information sourcesDevelop interim and final client deliverables, including reports and executive presentationsActively engage with CXO and senior client stakeholders, facilitating discussions and driving outcomesIdentify key business and technology issues, develop actionable solutions, and present recommendationsSupport and drive program governance, tracking, and reporting as part of PMO responsibilitiesContribute to initiatives involving Digital Transformation, IT Strategy, vendor evaluation, and implementation oversightLeverage PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project Management tools for analysis and deliveryParticipate in international travel as required for client engagementsMandatory Experience & Skills6–10 years of relevant experience with mandatory exposure to:Banking / Financial ServicesTechnology Transformation / IT ProgramsPMO / Program Management Office rolesStrong experience in strategy execution, large transformation programs, or consulting-led engagementsDemonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programsSkills: financial services,digital,manager
