The role also involves extensive stakeholder communication and contributing to complex projects. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt.QualificationsStrong expertise in Corporate Law and a solid understanding of local and regional regulationsProficient Analytical Skills with the ability to assess legal documents and provide clear recommendationsEffective Communication skills, including the ability to liaise with clients and present complex legal concepts clearlyExperience in conducting accurate and thorough Due Diligence processesAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, on-site work environmentProven track record with corporate clients in EgyptBachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); advanced qualifications preferredFull proficiency in both English and Arabic languages
