Senior Cost Control Engineer

We are looking for S. Cost Control EngineerJob descriptionKey Responsibilities :Prepare and monitor project budgets and cost breakdown structures (CBS).Track actual project costs versus planned budgets and identify variances.Prepare periodic cost reports (weekly / monthly) and cash flow reports.Analyze cost deviations and propose corrective actions to project management.Coordinate with planning, procurement, contracts, and site teams to collect cost data.Review subcontractors’ invoices, variations, and claims from a cost perspective.Monitor commitments, expenditures, and remaining project budgets.Support the preparation of project forecasts and cost-to-complete reports.Assist in value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.Ensure cost control procedures comply with company policies and project requirements.Qualifications & Requirements :Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant engineering discipline. 5-7 Years of experience Proven experience as a Cost Control Engineer in construction projects.Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost analysis, and financial reporting.Proficiency in MS Excel and cost control software (Primavera / ERP systems is a plus).Good understanding of contracts, BOQs, and variation orders.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.Coordination experience with planning and commercial departments.
