Senior Cost Control Engineer

Monitor and control project costs throughout the project lifecycle.Review and verify supplier, vendor, and subcontractor invoices and payment claims.Prepare project budgets, cost reports, forecasts, and cash flow reports.Monitor project expenditures and analyze cost variances against approved budgets.Review BOQs, contracts, variation orders, and subcontractor quotations.Coordinate with Project Managers, Procurement, Finance, and Technical teams to ensure effective cost control.Prepare and present monthly project cost reports and financial analyses to management.Monitor project commitments, procurement status, invoicing, and material deliveries.Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company cost control procedures.Support tender reviews by providing commercial and cost analysis.Assist in the preparation and evaluation of project claims, variation orders, and final accounts.Identify project cost risks and recommend corrective actions to improve financial performance.Maintain accurate project cost records and documentation.Continuously improve cost control processes, reporting methods, and financial monitoring tools.Perform any other duties assigned by management. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.7+ years of experience in Cost Control within the construction industry, preferably in landscape construction.Strong knowledge of BOQs, contracts, project budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting, invoicing, and variation orders.Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
