1) Review projects design drawings in-collaboration with design team2) Issue/Review landscape technical shop drawings in coordination with technical team3) Manage technical team drawings output following approved quality standards4) Manage technical team time schedule, deliverables and facilitate team’s workflow and progress5) Provide all Guidance required to technical team and ensure proper team development.6) Coordinate different engineering trades to complete required technical drawings in timely manner as per approved standardsCoordinate with operations team as-built drawings in order to be well coordinated with working drawings packages7) In coordination with operation team ensure that technical drawings is aligned with contract bill of quantities, operations and sub-contractors requirements.8) Complete all needed quantity survey, and all required technical support to operation team9) Prepare material submissions and samples needed according to the project’s requirements.10) Complete and update design drawings according to client’s requirements and site conditions keeping all stakeholders informed with site changes11) Identify/resolve design conflicts and/or unclear design information.12) Resolve technical issues that way arise on-site to prevent any delay in the project plan. • Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering.• Excellent presentation, communication, and creativity is required.• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in technical design within landscape, swimming pool, or water feature projects.• Strong attention to technical detail and accuracy.
