Job SummaryWorld Trade Center Cairo is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Senior Customer Service Specialist to support tenants, clients, and visitors within our business center and office leasing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate, business centers, co-working spaces, or hospitality environments, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle tenant and client inquiries professionally and efficiently.Support daily operations related to office leasing, co-working spaces, and meeting room services.Build strong relationships with tenants to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues and service requests.Follow up on client onboarding, contracts, renewals, and move-in/move-out processes.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.Assist in achieving occupancy and client satisfaction targets.Support events, tenant engagement activities, and promotional initiatives when required.Prepare periodic customer service and occupancy reports.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.3–5 years of experience in customer service, tenant relations, or client servicing.Experience in real estate, co-working spaces, business centers, or hospitality is highly preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.Good command of English and Arabic.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.SkillsCustomer Relationship ManagementCommunication SkillsProblem SolvingTime ManagementTeamworkProfessional AppearanceAbility to work under pressureLocationCairo, Egypt
