Responsibilities Manage and optimize Waffarha’s CRM system, ensuring seamless execution of customer communication strategies. Develop and implement customer journey flows to increase retention, activation, and engagement. Segment users based on behavior, demographics, and other factors to personalize communication. Create and manage multi-channel campaigns (SMS, email, push notifications, in-app messages) to engageand retain customers. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve outcomes. Collaborate with marketing, product, and data teams to ensure CRM strategies align with business goals. Ensure data hygiene and accuracy within the CRM system.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience as a CRM Specialist or similar role. With at least 3–5 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., MoEngage, HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools. Ability to analyze customer data and turn insights into actionable marketing strategies. Experience in creating and optimizing automated customer journeys. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. A passion for improving customer experience and driving engagement.
