This role includes handling inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience aligned with Art of Service’s brand standards. The Senior Customer Service Representative will guide customers through service offerings, coordinate with internal teams to fulfill requests, and provide timely updates to clients. Daily responsibilities also involve monitoring customer satisfaction, documenting interactions, identifying recurring issues, and recommending improvements to processes and service delivery. The role may include mentoring junior customer service team members and supporting the development of best practices in customer communication.QualificationsDemonstrated experience in customer-facing roles, including Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support functions.Proven ability to drive Customer Satisfaction and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.Strong understanding of Customer Service principles and best practices in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.Experience enhancing Customer Experience, with the ability to analyze feedback and implement improvements.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.Ability to manage multiple client requests, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.Comfort working on-site in Giza and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (sales, design, production).Previous experience in branding, marketing services, printing, or agency environments is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
